The production time for your order may vary depending on the specific item you' require. Typically, our custom production process takes approximately 1-2 weeks. This means that each item undergoes a meticulous process of designing, cutting, making, and packing, which requires a significant amount of effort, love, care, and time.

You will be sent a mock up of your design for approval and are able to make two changes.

Once you are happy with your design, an invoice will be issued. Upon receipt of payment, your piece(s) will be made.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.
